Lot 21 – first DRAFT proposal for development
These two documents outline a DRAFT proposal for Lot 21 for consideration and comments. Unfortunately these were not received until after our August meeting.

This layout is a draft, the developers think this will change over time and after consultation with the community. The fundamental aspect of the design is for a mixture of homes with bungalows parallel to Broadway, there will be 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed homes in the development. The attenuation pond is to store storm water and simultaneously act as a wildlife amenity for this proposed development.
